Jess Henderson

While completing my final year of High School at VCA, I am grateful for the many opportunities I have taken to create a solid foundation for success that goes beyond the classroom. Qualities such as self discipline, dedication, and teamwork through athletics to self confidence and personal growth in FFA public speaking. Being involved in these activities all year long while working outside of school, has been a difficult but worthwhile challenge. I've learned the value of hard work and the importance of serving others.

Through FFA, I had the task of seeking financial support through sponsorship from local businesses. Over the years, I have enjoyed building these relationships and hope to be able to give back to others in the same way one day. I know without a doubt that I am better equipped to serve my community, workplace and the world ahead.

My plan is to continue working through Summer, then attend College at West Texas A& M in the fall of 2025 to pursue a degree in AG Business.

• Completed Rotary Junior Leadership Camp - Selected to represent Victory Christian Academy for R.Y.L.A. 2024.
• Selected as FFA State Ambassador and Courtesy Corps for State FFA Convention.
