- Responsible for the day-to-day execution of all Michigan State Athletics Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging efforts including but not limited to the budgeting, forecasting, spending, and planning of our six figure Spartan DEIB budget; and all written and electronic communication between the Athletic Director, executive leadership team, and internal/external campus partners.
- Collaborated with various MSU Athletics departments (e.g., Marketing Fan & Engagement and SPARTAN Fund), MSU Black Alumni, and regional high schools and middle schools to provide educational programming and in-season student-athlete activations.
- In alignment with our Michigan State University’s 2030 DEIB Plan, launched affinity month celebrations for Hispanic Heritage Month and our LGBTQIA+ student-athlete, staff, coach and administrator community through our first annual Lavender Lunch.
