  • Prepare, process, and reconcile bi-weekly payroll for 1,000 plus hourly, full-time, and exempt employees in multi-states.
  • Manage Personal Days, PTO, Sick time accrual
  • Complete payroll calculations for retroactive payroll adjustments, leaves, terminations, and off-cycle processing.
  • Maintain and process all payroll changes including salary changes, leaves, new hires, and terminations.
  • Resolution of all payroll and invoicing issues (adjustments, lost checks, invoice issues, etc.)
  • Submit 401k contributions post payroll to third party vendors for funding.
