Senior Architectural Project Manager/Construction Administrator
Primary project management responsibilities included budget, task planning, coordination, and execution of site assessment under federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. Ensured that the projects complied with all of the applicable codes of the International Code Council, the Uniform Building Code, and/or Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 1-200-01 codes. Recent position assignments included supervision/inspection of the construction of the United States federal government projects with various departments. In addition, private sector client procurement, AIA contract document implementation with clients and general contractors, pre-design documentation through construction documentation, construction administration, and project management of low-slope roofing systems and building forensics. Responsibilities included close communication with military, federal government personnel, project architects, project engineers, and private sector clients to ensure the project activities meet the expectations envisioned by the clients, and frequent communication with oversight agencies and other regulators so that an acceptable conclusion may result with minimal difficulty and expense. As project manager, responsibilities include ensuring the project budgets are met, and the project documents receive a superior level of quality control. Project budgets ranged from $500,000.00 to $120,000,000.00 from 1997 through 2024.
