Primary project management responsibilities included budget, task planning, coordination, and execution of site assessment under federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. Ensured that the projects complied with all of the applicable codes of the International Code Council, the Uniform Building Code, and/or Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 1-200-01 codes. • Parsons Corporation, Construction Administrator (Contractor), Silver Spring, MD, 05/01/23, 05/01/24, General Service Administration (GSA) construction administrator representative for the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) executive administration open office space department renovation project. Performed evening site visits and inspections several days weekly. I prepared field reports, for each evening site visit, for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and General Services Administration (GSA) to review and add commentary. This contract position was for a single evening federal government office renovation project which was scheduled for one (01) year. Perform weekly meetings with clients to discuss the progress of the projects and the budgets.
