Responsible for entirety of restaurant-movie-theatre concept while developing a team of twelve hourly Manager's and seventy-five associates. This includes:

• Implementing operational strategies that built customer loyalty with Content Programming, Marketing, and enhanced Food & Beverage offerings.
• Overseeing Recruitment, Hiring, Onboard, and Training of each new associate, Supervisor, and Manager. Advised, coached, and counseled Manager's and staff to support human resource policies, procedures, and expectations.

Responsible for entirety of restaurant-movie-theatre concept while developing a team of fourteen hourly Manager's and one-hundred associates. This included the same responsibilities and duties listed above with additional focus on:

• Building relationship and rapport with Construction site Supervisor and local government departments to ensure compliance for business licensing and to establish AMC as a new business to the state.
• Recruiting, hiring, and facilitating rigorous training for more than one-hundred external new associates for a concept never-before seen in the state.
