• Provided direct patient care, assesses patient needs, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans for cancer patients. Educated patients and families about treatment, manage symptoms, and ensure smooth transitions of care. I also participate in quality improvement initiatives and may perform charge nurse duties. Joined tumor boards with the Oncology team to discuss the patients plan of care. Worked directly under the chief of Hepatobilary Cancer and discussed the best plan of care for each patient.
