  • As a Fraud & Dispute Specialist, I provide support to over 100 plus Fiserv clients’ card portfolio related to charge-back programs (debit, credit, prepaid)
  • With each client, claims are investigated, compared multiple avenues of processing disputes/charge-backs, and decide on best path to resolution
