Customer Service
- First Timer Journey: Guide customers through their first experience at Breathe Degrees, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported. Provide knowledge of our practices and modalities, such as highlighting their benefits.
- Customer Support: Offer comprehensive support to customers, such as addressing questions and concerns related to membership details, reservation changes, refund inquiries,
sales, etc.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers at the front desk, answer phone calls, and respond to text messages and voicemails to ensure their needs are met and they have a positive experience
- Customer Issues: Handle and deescalate difficult situations with customers, escalating to shift leaders or studio manager when necessary.
Studio Support (Cleanliness)
- Maintain Cleanliness Standards: Ensure all common areas. including bathrooms, dressing rooms, hallways, sauna, lounge room, studio room, plunge room, front desk area, back room, supply closet, and outside seating, are kept clean and tidy.
- Cleanliness Procedures: Follow established cleanliness procedures to ensure proper cleaning of facilities.
- Deep Cleaning: Assist with deep cleaning tasks as needed to maintain a pristine environment.
- Memberships & Credits Knowledge: Understand membership and credit offerings, including policies, requirements, and benefits, to educate customers about membership options.
- Sales Initiatives: Follow sales initiatives as assigned by the studio manager.
- Membership and Retail Sales: Actively promote and sell memberships and retail items to customers.
Know the Science
- Science-Based Knowledge: Demonstrate a desire to learn more about the science behind our breathwork practice and the modalities offered at Breathe Degrees.
- Certifications: Complete the required Breathwork Demo and Cold Plunge Demo certifications (training provided by Breathe Degrees)
