Responsible for maintaining and repairing ship propulsion systems, auxiliary equipment, and outside machinery, ensuring the ship's mechanical systems function correctly. Work with a wide range of machinery, from steam turbines and boilers to pumps, valves, and air conditioning systems, handle fuel, lubricating oils, and industrial gases, keeping the ship's systems running smoothly

Auxiliary Equipment: Maintain auxiliary machinery, including steering engines, elevators, winches, pumps, and valves.

Repair and Maintenance: Repair and replace valves, pumps, heat exchangers, compressors, and other components of the ship's mechanical systems

Water and Refrigeration: Operate and maintain water desalination plants, refrigeration plants, and air conditioning systems.

Log Keeping: Create and analyze machinery operating reports and records.
