I started off as a line worker building motors but I was so good at it they made me quality control to test the motors and put them through a machine to see if they pass the test, if they didn't the machine would tell me what the problem was and I would have to break down the motors and fix them tell I found the solution. Then they moved me to a trainer to train all new employees and showed them how to actually build a motor
