• Developed and implemented new strategies and policies to attract specific clients in the Homeowner / Condominium management industry. Built a sizable portfolio of 2000 plus condos with more than 300 management companies
• I was part of the RMs in the HOA division that led restructuring and turnaround through development of new leadership team. The bank grew with Cash Management Sales such as Remote Deposit, Lockbox, ACH origination, and several more.
• Cultivated positive relationships with employees and industry partner vendors that work to complement an array of services and solutions by implementing monthly events and sales meeting to resolve issues, provide feedback and brainstorm.
• Maintained consistent growth in revenue, Interest income and analysis fees. The HOA Division was the most profitable section of all branches

Started as a Head Teller in 1985 and quickly move up the corporate ladder.

In 1990 I was selected to build a team of employees to start a new department of the bank and solicit property management companies and of their clients.

The implementation of the Lockbox service and ACH Origination, plus other vendors trigger a large influx of new customers.

Bank continue to grow at steady and conservative manner until it was purchased in 2020

• Verified amount of cash in cash drawer against day's receipts, quickly identifying errors.
• Completed highly accurate, high-volume money counts via both manual and machine-driven approaches.
• Assisted customers with setting up or closing accounts, completing loan applications and signing up for new services.
• Replenished ATM funds in empty canisters prior to validation process.
