In my current position, I was responsible for testing all trunnion valves of different sizes; the largest is 42" 600 class.

For the test, we used a vertical press machine (PC Progetti), and we also used a 50-ton crane to lift the heaviest valves.

Supported engineering teams in making data-driven decisions by providing timely and accurate test results.

Documented test results meticulously and provided insights for design improvements based on findings.

During my time here I had the same responability for assembling and testin all types valves and wellheads, I also did shippin and reciving.

In my first position with SPM Oil and Gas, I was responsible for painting and sandblasting all wellhead equipment per job order, and I would transport parts with a forklift to the end location for inspection.

In my second position, I was responsible for assembling and testing all wellhead and artificial lift assemblies. Some of the assemblies include: tubing heads, casing heads, spool heads, dry hole trees, Christmas trees, gate valves, hydraulic valves, and actuator valves.

Once I have assembled each, I will pressure test each assembly to the standard pressure outlined by 6A API. To perform the test, I used blind flanges with gaskets and also test plugs, with different pressures depending on the types of valves or wellheads, with a maximum pressure of 22,500K.

During May of last year, in this role, I was the assembly and test lead.

During my time with westbrook, I was an operator of a conomatic machine where I would cut pipe as needed for orders.

Operated various types of machinery, contributing to the successful completion of diverse projects.

Operated pallet jacks and forklifts (seat and stand-up) to efficiently transport products within the warehouse.

Maintained inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
