I am a customer-focused operations professional with over a decade of leadership experience in both FOH and BOH roles within the hospitality and F&B industry. My career began shortly after high school at Spectrum Chemical Manufacturing, where I gained early exposure to warehouse operations, working in controlled environments with strict safety and quality protocols.
While working full-time at Princeton Windrows, I also held a part-time contract position at Johnson & Johnson, working 2 to 3 days per week for about 2 hours each day. This allowed me to gain additional experience in product testing and quality assurance without impacting my full-time responsibilities.
More recently, I advanced my expertise at McMaster-Carr, a leader in distribution and supply chain operations. There, I thrived in a fast-paced, process-driven warehouse environment, gaining hands-on experience in order fulfillment, RF scanning, workplace safety, and operational efficiency.
Currently, I am pursuing professional certificates in Operations Management through the Jack Welch Management Institute, Inventory Management via the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), and Six Sigma Green Belt training.
My diverse background from hospitality to manufacturing to supply chain enables me to drive efficiency, safety, and quality across industries. I am seeking opportunities in logistics, manufacturing, quality control, supply chain, inventory management, or conference operations, and I remain open to roles within the hospitality industry for the right opportunity.
