I was in charge of moving a ditch witch directional drill, from the company yard to the worksite requested, unload it and once i was there help with any labor or heavy equipment needed to complete the job.

I was a shift lead, so i would make sure everything was running smooth, with equipment and personal, also making sure everything we needed was present to make sure we were set for success.

I would operate a front loader to provide sand into hoppers which were delivering that sand to the wells.

• I operate the backhoe to do the foodings and plumbing of new homes also operate a mini excavator sometimes in smaller sections where a backhoe cant really work, i been doing this for a year i currently have 3 years of experience with the backhoe and mini excavator, 6 years with the rough terrian forklift, and 2 years with the skid steer

• I first started in this company as a labor/delivery worker, i worked in groups of workers to prepare material for the block masons, and deliver material to different jobsites, I would also operate rough terrian forklift moving pallets of mortar and cinder block i learned to use a skid steer when we would backfill retaining walls, and i was succesfully able to learn and become a machine operator (backhoe) , I was there for 5 years as 3 years of labor and delivery as a operator for 2 years doing foodings for cinder block walls and retaining walls, backfilling retaining walls as well, then transferred to the concrete division in the same company to learn more
