Hired on as an installer to transition to lead.

Responsibilities was to provide help to install team and get more comfortable to take charge as lead.

Started doing new install/Retrofitting projects for homeowners.

Learned to braze, pressure test, put system in vacuum, learned what title 24 is and assist lead in the attic with furnace and coil. Also learned the cycle of refrigerant.

Overtime, learned what a heat pump is and how to install.

Learned to install mini-split.

Knowledge of package unit and how to install.

Learned how to put systems up to code with outside unit, furnace and package units.

Was Part of a project in davis and witnessed 4 brand new multi family buildings get created. Knew absolutely nothing but overtime learned how to install ductwork, fart fans, line sets, furnaces and condensers with unistrut and all thread, used KD pipe for kitchen exhaust, ran thermostat wire, 24v wiring to units, cans for the registers, the actual registers to the can, set up the plenums for ductwork for supply and return.
