As part of my ongoing efforts to optimize the efficiency of our service center warehouse, I have designed a comprehensive dashboard that tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) across various departments. This dashboard is designed to help us stay on top of our KPIs and identify areas where we can make improvements.

The dashboard tracks a wide range of KPIs, including department efficiencies, downtime, inventory balances, and material processes. By tracking these KPIs over time, we can identify trends and areas where improvements can be made. The dashboard is designed to be user-friendly and easily accessible, with various visualizations such as charts, graphs, and tables that help us quickly understand how we are performing in each area.
