Developed and implemented a new detailing curriculum that integrates Revit, Navisworks, point cloud workflows, and traditional hand detailing techniques. I also teach Revit courses during the summer, providing students with practical, industry-focused training in modeling, coordination, and detailing fundamentals.

• Supervise, mentor, and support a team of VDC detailers to ensure high-quality model production and adherence to project standards.

• Conduct site walks as needed to verify existing conditions, support field teams, and ensure drawings reflect real-world conditions.
• Maintain documentation, revisions, and version control for all hand-drafted drawings and project files.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the detailing department, project management, field leadership, fabrication teams, and trade partners.

• Allocate workloads, set priorities, and balance manpower to meet project deadlines and production goals.
• Oversee quality control for all drawings and details produced, ensuring compliance with company standards and project-specific requirements.
• Identify and resolve drafting or coordination issues early, communicating solutions to project teams and field personnel.
• Support installation and fabrication crews by providing accurate, field-ready drawings, clarifications, and on-site assistance when necessary.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings with detailers to track progress, address challenges, and reinforce best practices.
• Train, mentor, and support detailers at all experience levels to improve technical proficiency and production efficiency.

Progressively expanded my responsibilities over several years, ultimately advancing into the role of BIM General Foreman. During that time, I served in a wide range of technical, coordination, and field-support roles, including:
