I enlisted as a 31 romeo communication tech. we where responsible for setting up and operating a mobile communications network via line of site radio waves. I also went to infantry school, that is a combat arms specialty. I was stationed at ft polk la for a year in 2002 where we assisted the 209th mp company in securing guard stations due to post mass deployment shortage. in 2003 we deployed with the 155 to najaf iraq station at f.o.b. duke. i was attached to the q.r.f. team( quick reaction force) and p.s.d (personal security detail) we worked directly for b.d.o.c. ( base defense operations center) in securing the outer perimeter of the base and escorting high value soldiers and civilians to there location. when i returned i was stationed at m.t.u ( marksmanship training unit) at camp robinson arkansas. We where responsible for over seeing range maintenance and assisting with course oversite and assistance. In 2008 i deployed with the 39th to talihill iraq where we did convoy security. We escorted convoys and supply runs safely to there destinations thru out iraq. After i returned to signal unit in pine bluff where I drilled to getting out in 2013
