Performs routine and complex maintenance and repairs on all electrical, instrumentation. and electronic equipment on the facility. Scope of work includes a broad variety of troubleshooting, installation, and preventive maintenance of overhead power distribution up to 34500 volts, backup power generators, security systems, programmable logic controllers, variable frequency drives, CNC machining equipment, high speed fire suppression systems, data network systems including fiber optic, UPS back up systems, and total conditioning heating and cooling systems.

Maintains, troubleshoots, installs and repairs all electrical for plant processing equipment. Trained apprentices, providing mentorship and guidance in electrical best practices.

Calibrated and maintained scales to ensure accurate measurements and compliance with industry standards. Conducted routine inspections and repaired electronic components of weighing equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly. Trained new technicians on scale operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols. Maintained detailed documentation of completed repairs and maintenance tasks for record-keeping purposes.
