Chad Butler

I started working for Cementation as a miner in Nevada when I transferred to the Utah, Kennecott site at the beginning of the underground project in 2011. I have held several different positions here each for a number of years. I operated as a face miner for a several years then a lead miner for a few more years, before taking a shifter position for three years. I worked at the Kennecott site with Cementation for 13yrs. Im currently working for Cementation as a lead miner at NGM Goldrush mine, in Nevada . I understand all aspects of and I am confident in my ability to safely and effectively perform all parts of my job description. I have many years of experience working in different types of ground and conditions. I enjoy taking on new challenges and can adapt and deal with a fast past changing environment. Over the years I have been apart of many challenges and resolves at this site specifically.

From 2010-2011 I worked for Cementation at two different sites. The first one at Barricks, Cortez Hills site and the second a small jack-leg show case mine in West Texas.

From 2009-2010 I worked for SMD at Newmont's, Exodus site.

From 2007-2009 I worked for DMC at the Tony M uranium mine in Southern Utah. DMCs contract was finished towards the end of 2008 and I was selected by Denison Mines to stay with a small group and complete the projects jack-leg rehab and several raise bore holes.
