I have been a Leadman in several areas at TB Woods, which includes Quality, the Machine Shop, as well as the Cleaning Room. I am very supportive of the team members in all areas and offer my assistance and expertise when asked, maintaining a healthy work ethic and environment . I enjoy everyday challenges and meet them head on to ensure that every detail is looked into thoroughly to help protect the quality of our work as we pass it onto our customer. I take the quality of the work we send to our customer very serious asking myself "Would I buy that?" before passing the product. I review the current standard work practices daily and focus on how to improve them. I review the Safety of ours, as well as the rest of the organization, constantly to aid in protecting team members from injury. I strive to continue to do the best I can at my job, to keep the company successful and to broaden my future career here at Regal Rexnord. Without continuous improvements and innovations there is no future to look forward to.
