• Introduced the first social media direct to patient advertising initiative for SCS/ITB in the Nation
• Selected as "beta-testing" site for cancer pain program development-resulting in one of the largest growth accounts for cancer pain in the country
• Developed a clinical outcomes standard that was adopted nationally as the standard for the therapy company wide
