

This year I celebrate 29 years of service with UPS. I began my career at UPS in 1997 as a Hub loader and have progress my experience through a wide range of leadership and operational roles. My experience has spanned part-time and full-time supervision, Hub and Feeder operations, operations excellence, training and certification, dispatch management, IE leadership, and air operations. I have held key positions such as Cornerstone facilitator, Operations Excellence Specialist, Feeder On‑Road Supervisor, Feeder Dispatch Supervisor, Hub Operations Supervisor, District Load Planner, IE Section Leader for Hub/Feeder/Air, and South Zone Air IE Section Leader. Most recently, I have led both Feeder Dispatch as a manager and the Jacksonville Twilight Hub sort operations as a manager role. Outside of work, I enjoy fitness, Brazilian Jujitsu, golf, reading, and family time. I have valued the growth and challenges my UPS career has provided and look forward to expanding my knowledge in the next chapter with the company.
I contributed to TMS software enhancements by being a key role on the Smart Trailer / MapLarge Mapping / Ups location geofencing for Dynamic Interactive Viewing - Future application team from 8/13/18 to 4/30/20.
I was section leader for IE project over the Jacksonville Gateway Expansion project from 02/04/19 to 06/15/19.
