•Ensure that work is being performed in a safe manner in accordance with Safety Procedures

•Perform quality checks and use data to make adjustments as needed

•Identify and resolving minor Maintenance issues

•Train and assist Extrusion Operators

•Move materials and finished product using multi-directional fork lift, stand up reach truck, and pallet jack

•Maintain accurate records of production data and file end of shift report

•Rotate and stock products on shelves and in freezers

•Process and package meat

•Provide Customer Service

•Safely operate pallet jacks, industrial meat grinder, automatic and manual wrappers, band saw, usage of knives and box cutters

•Cleaning and sanitizing of Meat Room and equipment

•Assist Fuel Truck Driver complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

•Operate pumps and valves for loading and unloading of fuel

•Accurately complete invoices and documentation

•Enforce rules and maintain order within the Prison

•Supervise inmate activities

•Ensure safety and security of staff and the public

•Aid in rehabilitation and counseling of offenders

•Inspect Facility to ensure safety and security standards are met

•Respond to Emergency Situations
