Accomplishments

  • Handpicked by the VP of Logistics to be the first point of contact on new start up opportunities for our logistics team. Managed several multi-million-dollar accounts efficiently, and successfully handed them off to teams below me that I personally worked closely with to be monitored and continue to maintain a high profit margin.
  • Successfully on boarded White Claw (Mike’s Hard Lemonade) from the very beginning to a multi-million dollar a year partner with not only our logistics department, but also with our asset fleet as well. We continue to grow with them on an annual basis. I have also developed strong relationships with the entire team at BluJay logistics that manages all of the White Claw business.
  • Hand selected by Company President and VP of Operations to be in charge of all new business startups with Meijer Grocery store. This included multiple store openings, along with their newest Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
  • Developed a new Dispatching Model and executed the installation of a more forward-thinking planning method across the entire Operations Department to help raise efficiency and make the company more profitable while also minimizing idle equipment.
  • Developed a new program for tracking return products from Meijer store locations back to the DC’s creating several hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost revenue previously not collected due to a lack of oversight.
