To install, maintain, repair locks and keys and other door or gate hardware, be able to diagnose and resolve issues related to locks and related hardware. Ensure the security and proper access to facilities and ensure the proper functioning of locks and related hardware.

REsponsible for Locksmith work. Responsible for building maintenance and repairs. Responsible for painting, repair, drywall, fabricate doors, furniture repair, framing walls, and woodwork. Responsible for all maintenance requests per request by the Maintenance Supervisor. Record all key and work request into the computer. Microsoft training

To assist the General Mechanic in building repairs as per the Maintenance Supervisor. To assist with drywall, carpentry, general maintenance, welding, Locksmith, install doors/frames, and painting.

Drywall installation on metal studs; carpentry apprenticeship for 3 years-Journeyman
