I was tasked to step into an ongoing complex Clubhouse for a client that is a national builder due to the previous superintendent being removed from the project. There were several critical components missed during the structural phase that had to be corrected as well as mechanical components to correct. The project was brought back up to speed and completed with a satisfied customer. The clubhouse is 40,000 sq ft with high end finishes that contains a golf pro shop, locker & social rooms, 150 seat restaurant, bars, commercial kitchen and cart storage.

  • Completed Fire & Rescue station with expansive structural foundation and concrete work to withstand Category 5 hurricane
  • Interactions with client, owner's representatives, city officials, fire inspectors
  • Conducted walk-throughs with clients prior to project close, completing punchlists and answering all questions.
