  • In May 2017 I was involved in transitioning our service technician's to electronic Tablets and away from paper work orders. This reduced the days it takes a technician to turn in a completed repair order from 3.5 days to under 1 day after completion of repair which greatly improved our profitability and helped with inventory management
  • In 2017 Lift Power won the "Summit Award" which is awarded to a select few Crown dealers nationwide, as well as the top award from The Crown Corporation, the James F. Dickie award for total branch excellence. The Dickie Award is only obtained by being the top performing Crown lift truck dealer in the world each year.
