I modified, maintained and repaired generator sets and aircraft arresting barriers in accordance with Air Force regulations. I was on a 3 man crew that was responsible for servicing and repairing approximately 150 generator sites in and around the base. We did everything from routine maintenance such as oil changes and monthly runs under load up to and including complete tear downs and rebuilds. We were also tasked with electrical troubleshooting and repair of the machinery as needed.
