I grew up in Atlanta, GA and graduated from Marist College Prep school. I graduated from University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce & Business Administration with a major in Business Marketing. While in college I worked summers at the Inn on Destin Harbor and gained hands-on experience in every aspect of the business. Following graduation I did a brief tour of Costa Rica, where I worked with Donovan Marina Company of New Orleans before transferring to their Miami, Florida location. After two successful years with Donovan Marine, I accepted a position with the Cotton Bay Resort on the Island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas as the Assistant Director of Marketing which greatly enhanced his knowledge in the Hospitality Business.

Since 2005, I have been involved in all areas of operations for several hotels along the gulf coast. My proven track record show significant gains in hotels REVPAR growth year after year as well as improvements in the bottom line. I currently live in Destin, FL, where he is in charge of new client property take overs and turnaround opportunities using my hiring, training, sales and marketing skills. I takes pride in our team as they are on the front lines and therefore the guests first and last impression. I am very flexible, always available, and able to travel to new locations as a consultant, operator, manager, developer or where ever is needed. I always focus on improving the bottom line without sacrificing guest satisfaction.
