I have the experience and the work ethic that has successfully helped me learn the process of paving while being on the ground during high volume work loads. I have experience being a laborer, but also have learned the proper setup, break down and proper technique to ensure compaction. I do have more than 1500 hours experience in a skid steer as well as experience on a Gannon tractor and other dirt work/paving equipment.
