Trained and certified (Level 1) by Robert Howard III, Director of Restorative Practices for the Santa Monica/Malibu Unified School District as part of an initiative by the district to train all staff and select members of the school's community (parents). The emphasis of the training and initiative was 1) Building and strengthening healthy, respectful, and inclusive group relationships (prevention) and 2) Repairing and restoring relationships when there has been harm, conflict, or crime that impacts them.
