Order and receive parts for all repairs.

On-call for any repairs that cannot be made by shift techs while not on site.

Field service department as a tech until more techs could be brought in. Worked on Case

Construction Equipment for the dealership. Moved to PSSR and then the Operations Manager.

Left 1 Source to pursue work with larger company that supplied a retirement plan.

Worked to grow new business through rental, service and parts for new Case Eq dealership.

Created budgets for services, parts, transportation, and rental.

Monitored and communicated daily, weekly, and monthly production and sales data to President of company.

Scheduled all rental deliveries, service work for rental and outside customers, completed all rental, parts, and service invoicing.

Helped to grow the rental department from $75k at start to over $280K in less than 1 year.

and knowledge through several Cat Technical classes and equipment certified training.

Started with The Cat Rental store as a field tech.

Promoted after one year to service manager. Managed

all in shop and field repairs as well as parts.

Left The Cat Rental Store to be a field tech for Thompson Heavy equipment

Cat Rental store requested my return to Mobile Branch to be their lead field tech.

I was not able to advance in the company due to nepotism policy at Thompson Tractor so I left the company to seek advancement.
