I currently work as a Heavy Equipment Master Mechanic. I have years of experience in the heavy equipment industry whether as a technician or manager. For years I have been in a lead position as a field tech when working as a mechanic

Every company that has brought me in to a management position usually needs a strong communicator and someone that can bring employees and departments together to work on a common effort and to bring employees together and repair customer relationships, which is one of my strongest assets to a company.

I am very experienced in all aspects of the rental industry from the Sales/Rental, Service and customer relations. I work hard to build a team that works together with a common goal of serving the customer and profiting the company. I am looking for an opportunity with a nationwide company with room for growth.

Returned to TMS International as a Master Mechanic. Maintaining equipment in good working condition, making major and minor repairs. Troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, engine, and drivetrain systems.

Order and receive parts for all repairs.

On-call for any repairs that cannot be made by shift techs while not on site.

Read electrical and hydraulic schematics to diagnose issues.

I was not able to advance in the company due to nepotism policy at Thompson Tractor so I left the company to seek advancement.
