Summary

I have 30 years experience building molds and am currently in a small shop where I have to have a broad knowledge of machine programming, operation and mold building processes while keeping 4 vertical CNC's, 1 HAAS CNC lathe, and a Mitsibishi EDM operating as much as possible. I work with outside vendors to supplement our shops abilities as needed for wire EDM work and other operations to shorten lead times. Detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills. I have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.

Current programming is done with MasterCam 2024 and I have 2 years experience between MasterCam 2023 and 2024 with a prior 19 years programming with previous versions of MasterCam. Current programs are for Haas, Hyundai and SuperMax CNC's and also a Haas CNC lathe. The molds worked on are from rough steel all the way through polishing and right up to operation in the injection presses.

Implemented knowledge learned from Mo-Tech Corporation and, while learning new machinery and processes, worked towards helping molds run smoothly through the shop from start to finish.

Sodick Wire EDM

Program and operate Fadal, Makino and YCM vertical CNC's while using Mastercam Software.
