• Manage all aspects of the construction process for multiple homes at once. Schedule all materials for delivery, material install, installation quality, schedule inspections, homeowner walk thru’s, punch out lists, and create EPO’s for extra work and materials. Also Schedule all trades in order of process to achieve the most quality built home in a timely manner.

• Managed field inspections for FDOT roadway projects. Performed all testing and quality control inspections. Daily reporting of project progress.

• Managed a team of quality control inspectors for a major FDOT project in Fort Lauderdale (I-595 interchange and various projects). Weekly construction meetings with contractors and FDOT, scheduling of inspections, inspected drilled shaft test piles for bridges, reported all testing to FDOT and product material certifications.

• Inspection and testing of various projects ranging from commercial, private, FDOT, and FPL. Geotechnical drilling for site recon/site development. Pre construction assessments of land.
