Worked in strict compliance with applicable OSHA regulations and safety requirements.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC units.
Build and keep relations with customers.
Repair/maintain heating and air conditioning systems for residential/commercial customers in a timely manner as well as recommend/upsale improvements.
Inform customer of the benefits of more efficient equipment.
Responsible for obtaining/maintaining Kentucky Journeyman Licensing.
Responsible for training/supporting new technicians.
Responsible for a variety of tasks/equipment such as working between 10-70 hour weeks, natural gas equipment ranging from water heaters, furnaces, hanging heaters, and hydronic/steam boilers. 240v systems including air handler/heat pump split systems and package units. Mini-split/PTAC units, Geothermal heat pump systems. Boiler piping/radiator repairs.
Required to maintain $450 average service ticket as well as recommending and producing sales leads.
All residential/light commerical AC repairs.
On call/Back up on call duties as required.
Responsibility for keeping a clean and organized van.
Responsible for keeping a clean driving record.
Responsible for ensuring van is stocked.
