Responsible for providing support for all of the manufacturing systems and products that are produced at SICK. Additionally I was responsible for documentation of assembly fixtures, providing manufacturing process development, supporting production and process improvements, creating production documentation and maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

• Established production metrics on the factory floor to gage quality and efficiencies and set direction and priorities.
• Created DOE to establish settings on ultrasonic welding equipment that lead to a successful weld and quality product that was on pace for 100,000 parts that year.
• Key member of two new product launches that are sold globally and had a projected revenue of $3,000,000.
• Develop cost estimates on current process to facilitate new tooling/fixturing to increase efficiency and quality.
