• Pick up shifts in different areas in Massachusetts and in different facilities. Worked day shift, evening shift, and night shifts. Part of the job is to relieve other nurses and give reports to incoming nurses, attend to LPN duties as ordered by providers such as vital signs, med pass, educating patients, treatments, reporting labs, and putting in new orders as recommended by providers.

• Worked as LPN mainly on rehab unit and long-term care units mainly as cart nurse with duties like but not limited to giving scheduled medication, head-to-toe assessments, Vitals, reporting to providers, putting orders into PCC system and other labs and diagnostic orders to third party companies systems. Nursing notes and documentation, including but not limited to admissions, falls, skin tears, and educating patients daily. Have experience with training new nursing staff. Briefly was trained as unit manager, and covered evening shift supervisor position when needed.
