Jersey Mike's Subs

We acquired our first Jersey Mike's (existing) in Glastonbury, and have built the restaurant to be one of the busiest in the country. Jersey Mike's Glastonbury, in the last three years, is up double digits in sales and ticket count, as well as being one of the most profitable. Currently serving as a certified training location for the brand.
Our second restaurant is Colchester (new), which opened in late September 2024. Since opening, Colchester has stayed well above the national average in bread and sales. We initially entered this restaurant with 50% ownership; however, 25% of our stake was awarded to our Operations Director and business partner, Anthony Sarcone. Colchester currently serves as a certified training location for the brand.
Stability is strong across both restaurants, with our management teams (GM/AM) sharing 20% of the restaurant's EBITDA each month, making them some of the highest-paid in the industry. Retention shows long tenure, a healthy culture, and exceptionally talented individuals.
Currently approved to grow with seven (7) executed franchise agreements in Connecticut.
