My professional career started with Starbucks where I worked for 7 years as a Store Manager, regularly leading a team of 20+ associates, and managing multiple locations. I regularly had responsibility of a P/L of $3 - 5 million annual revenue.
During my time with Starbucks, I consistently delivered results, growing revenue 136% (year-over-year), and specialized in leading new store openings and drive thru operations.
After Starbucks, I joined Hargray as an Installation and Repair Technician and over the years have been promoted to my current role as Technical and Operations Training Specialist II. Hargray was acquired by Cable ONE in 2021.
In my current role with Cable ONE, I lead large scale change initiatives, facilitate new hire training, initiative training, manage our learning management system, and manage various certification programs for technical associates.
I am also a Christian, father, and husband. My relationship with Jesus Christ is the most important of my life. All of my degrees, certifications, and job-experience mean nothing compared to His gift of salvation.
