• Act as clients first point of contact for international and domestic fuel procurement inquiries

• Maintain constant prospecting and qualifying potential accounts

• Advocate on clients behalf to ensure sound lending of credit while vetting and onboarding

• Identify and execute account strategies through spot and swap market trading or contracts

• Consult with clients in price risk management; strive for cross-selling WFS financial products

• Present and negotiate settlements in cases of product quality, quantity, or legal claims

• Handle customer requirements as they are received and ensure correct input

• Responsible for logging and processing inventory trades & product hedges

• Maintain and develop relationship with existing and future clientele
