Examined all existing school policies against Federal and State regulations to ensure equitable practices in classrooms for all charter network schools. Redesigned policies to better align with organizational mission and vision.

Created a safe space for approximately 15 BIPOC team members to voice concerns and experiences within the organization. Responsible for organizaing and moving initiatives forward to the Executive Team. Organized bi-monthly meetings.

Developed meaningful and helpful partnerships to expand services for alumni including but not limited to Housing, Mental Health Supports, SNAP benefits, Job Search, Wrap Around Services, Etc. for over 1,000 alumni.

Successfully established partnerships with local resources to optimize clinic capacity and best accommodate patient needs on an organizational level including but not limited to brokering connections with local resources, interruptions in benefits (SSI, SSDI), etc. for over 50 patients.

Collaborated with Recruitment and Placement and Career Services departments to foundationally support growing local businesses and efforts to expand city wide workforce development for over 2000 job seekers.

Work closely with job seekers including perviously incarcerated individuals to help further employment and training opportunities for a caseload of over 500 people.
