**Quality Assurance and Control**

- Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples.

- Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on the appropriateness of data for release.

- Perform visual inspections of finished products.

**Documentation**

- Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms.

- Compile laboratory test data and perform appropriate analyses.

- Create or update standard operating procedures or quality assurance manuals.

**Equipment Calibration and Maintenance**

- Calibrate, validate, or maintain laboratory equipment.

- Participate in the construction and/or execution of equipment validations and impact assessments, and system qualifications.

**Problem Solving and Issue Resolution**

- Investigate or report questionable test results.

- Work with production teams to identify and troubleshoot manufacturing or packaging defects.

- Conduct root cause analysis for defect and complaint trends.

**Continuous Improvement**

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending changes.

- Assist in the design and implementation of quality control training programs for key personnel.

**Compliance and Safety**

- Ensure compliance with the company’s internal and external standards and specifications.

- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols during all aspects of work.

**Communication and Collaboration**

- Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that quality standards are understood and met.

**Product Release**

- Review data obtained for compliance to specifications and report abnormalities.

- Release or reject raw materials, assemblies, or finished products as necessary.

**Supplier Interaction**

- Work directly with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality specifications.

- Assist in vendor qualification and validation programs.

**Regulatory Monitoring**

- Keep up to date with changes to quality regulations and standards within the industry.

- Prepare for and support quality audits, both internal and external.

**Technical Reporting**

- Generate technical reports for process improvement, quality tracking, and product liabilities
