Kaiser Permanente is a leading US healthcare integrated provider for 13 million subscribers. The RPA UiPath platform supports over 100 bots with automations savings of over 50 million USD annually. This project was to automate tasks across ITOPS infrastructure supporting teams providing weekly and daily automated reports referencing server patching and configurations.

Responsibilities:

• Designed and developed RPA solutions using UiPath tool following Kaiser standards and best practices

• Collaborated with business stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify areas for automation

• Analyzed processes and data to identify business process automation opportunities

• Integrated UiPath solutions with enterprise web applications such as OHIP, SharePoint, O365 and Power5 TRO with the goal of sending formatted multiple weekly reports to business teams

This project was to automated tasks from back office, finance, and customer operations activities to complex core processes like insurance underwriting with optimal agility.

Responsibilities:

• Developed RPA automations for Finance, HR, and Care business units using UiPath & Automation Anywhere
• Integrated UiPath with mainframe, web applications, and Citrix automation
• Improved business processes, resulting in a 70% annual reduction in labor costs
