Inquiry Handling: Manage routine inquiries and actions assigned to SBCR, ensuring coordination with other offices as appropriate.
Time Reporting: Manage the HCM cloud time and attendance process to ensure timely and accurate time reporting for SBCR.
Executive Correspondence: Manage executive correspondence, FOIA Requests, and Records Liaison responsibilities; resolve administrative practices and procedures issues.
