While I was in nursing school I picked up shifts through agency to accommodate my class and clinical schedule. Through agency I have worked shifts in LTC, Memory Care, hospice, home health, locked behavioral units, jails, drug and alcohol rehabilitation facilities...etc

• Evaluated patients to identify and address wounds, behavioral concerns, and medically relevant symptoms.

• Directed patients to exam rooms, fielded questions, and prepared for physician examinations.
• Obtained client medical history, medication information, symptoms, and allergies.
• Sanitized, restocked, and organized exam rooms and medical equipment.
• Kept medical supplies in sufficient stock by monitoring levels and submitting replenishment orders before depleted.

• Administered medications to residents under the supervision of nurses, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Assisted patients with personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
• Documented medication administration and patient care activities in accordance with facility policies
• Promoted good oral and personal hygiene by aiding patients with shaving, bathing, and teeth brushing
• Monitored and reported changes in patients' conditions to nurses

• Assisted client with MS in his home with all ADLS including bathing, grooming, dressing and meal prep

• I worked in several facets of nursing while employed at Midwest Healthcare Management
• Long Term Care, Skilled, Acute, Memory care, and Behavioral Health where I worked on a locked unit for more than 5 years
