- Ensure teammates are signed off on the Lockout-tag out process of their work stations. Tracking teammates capability to ensure that teammates are properly trained, and are capable of running the position on the floor that they are assigned before the trainees are signed off.
- Enter the end of shifts paperwork into the Production Database and SAP.
- Responsible for communicating the end of the shift pass downs to the oncoming shifts Supervisor to inform him/her of any downtime from production, maintenance, or quality issues that may have occurred throughout the shift.
- Reviewing new applicant resumes before the interviewing process begins. Enforcing our 5S standards and our Building Operating Systems to our teammates on the production floor.
- Responsible for managing the production hourly teammates timecards, attendance, PTO coverage, and performance corrective actions while communicating these documents with the Human Resources Representative.
