CHANA HANLEY

I am currently an intern at Lion's Pride Martial Arts Studio in Wilmore KY. My Internship includes acting as receptionist. My duties are: answering phones, making appointments for clients, including follow up phone calls and providing excellent customer service. Also I file documents and accept payments for classes, help students and parents with all the latest programs and services. My Internship includes teaching classes for students ranging from 9 years and up. This task includes instruction for groups and individuals in various stages of their martial arts journey. I also help with setting up practice areas for games and teaching techniques ensuring a positive and safe learning environment. All this includes the ability to understand what individuals and groups need while practicing excellent time management I have also worked as a personal housekeeper. Job duties included sweeping, mopping, dusting and general housekeeping. I provided additional services such as mowing and lawncare.
