Assisted the truck driver with navigation, and handled phone calls while in transit. Communicated with customers upon arrival to understand their removal needs, and then coordinated with the driver or team to develop an efficient removal plan. Loaded and transported items to dumps, recycling facilities, or donation centers, and then helped offload them as needed.

Interacted with fans and players to teach and officiate basketball, flag football, and soccer. I prepared the gym by cleaning and setting up the equipment for games. Maintained a calm and professional attitude while handling upset fans.
