• Oversaw a portfolio of 3,178 class A luxury multi-family and student housing units with annual rental income in excess of $72 million across 6 properties in downtown Los Angeles, USC, and Pacific Palisades.
• Successfully opened our newest and largest development, The Ferrante, in downtown Los Angeles. When complete this project will total 1,150 luxury apartment homes.

• Responsible for all property operations at The Lorenzo Apartments, one of the largest student housing properties in the nation, comprised of 3,648 individual bed leases across 913 residential units
• In 2017 The Lorenzo was ranked the 29th highest assessed property in LA by the Los Angeles Business Journal with an estimated value of $477 million

Financial Performance:

• Net Operating Income - In 2018 won the company award for highest NOI growth at The Lorenzo. In that year NOI was $23.3 million on $42.8 million in revenue
• Delinquency - Oversaw monthly collections of over $3.7 million in rental income.
• Renewals- Consistently achieved 40% renewal goal year over year.
• Budgeting - Managed budget implementations, employee reviews, training, schedules and contract negotiations

Culture & Team Development:

• Lead a team of 75 staff members across seven departments.

Operations:

• Turn & Move-In - Oversaw annual "Turn" of over 700 units in approx. 19 days utilizing dozens of approved vendors. On move-in day Lorenzo moves in 2,200 new students within a 48 hour window

• Promoted in 2016 to direct all front facing departments with a focus on Leasing, Marketing, and Resident Services offices comprising over 40 team members

• Recruited to join the Lorenzo team and oversee all leasing and marketing activities
