• Equipment Care: Cleaning and performing daily inspections on mowers and tractors to ensure blades are sharp and engines are fueled.

• Implemented strategies designed to reduce behavioral issues among participants.
• Supported teens in making healthy lifestyle choices.
• Organized recreational activities such as sports tournaments, movie nights, field trips, and other events.
